        I bought a 2011 ram dually here. The truck looked good but started having issues. 5 months later, the truck turned off on me on the freeway and put me and my family in danger almost causing an accident. Call the dealership they basically told me they can't help cause I didn't get a warranty. Don't recommend this place. Just sharing my experience for future clients that are thinking of buying a vehicle here.

        Theyre awesome! Very helpful. Got a 2018 jeep wrangler, runs great, for being used it looked brand new, great condition and very clean. Go to Victorian auto sales and you will not be disappointed!

        I went to Victorian Auto sales in Reno! for the purchase of my vehicle. I worked with Bernie and had a great experience. Bernie was very fun and professional and made the whole experience very pleasant. I highly recommend Victorian Auto Sales if youre looking for an easy and professional experience to buy your next car. I will definitely be returning for my next vehicle.

        They blare theyre stereos sooo loud it shakes my windows and I cant hear over the shaking of my windows. They let people park wherever they want to including ON the sidewalk blocking pedestrians and in designated parking spots in the apartments behind them. Show some respect people!!! Youre not the only ones here! Noise ordinance will be sent next. Business hours or not. Respect others. The employees need to be schooled in noise pollution. This was not during the party. It was an employee and their vehicle. Every day he blares his stereo so loud in his big black truck it shakes the windows and scares my service dog.

        Amazing Place to go to and they care about your wants and needs and they were a lot of help to me especially for buying my first car and making it my dream car!! Im glad I chose this place and I am grateful for them and all they did to help me and every went more than the extra mile to help me figure out insurance!!       Hey Yobani I hope you and your family are well. We ask if you purchased an extended warranty since all vehicles are sold "AS-IS". Unfortunately we are extremely busy but I did offer to help you out when we are not busy with our vehicles for inventory. It's unfortunate to lose your business since we've done business with your family business as well.
