Bill Pearce Volvo Cars

I really dislike having to leave this review, but time after time, my family and I experience negative things with Bill Pearce, whether it is Volvo or BMW. Recently, my vehicle returned from standard inspection with damage to the windshield seal. This is on top of leaving my wife without a shuttle to be picked up by an Uber that then canceled the ride and made my wife feel unsafe (yes, you are responsible for this if you booked them) On top of this, I asked them to warranty one of the tires the sold me on the car when I bought it, and they refused, even though there is a clear bulge in the sidewall. Will not return here to service my vehicle or to purchase another. I've bought two cars from you, and won't buy a third because your service and sales teams make it difficult to do business with you.

go to Eric W in sales, hands down the most genuine and kind person i have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to take care of us. Bruce, the GM, however, was abrasive and unhelpful.

Called made appt over phone. Arrived, no record of appt after 90 minute drive. Very curt and unprofessional about the situation. I like the car but Volvo dealers have been a huge disappointment.

Jarrett is great! He did a great job explaining what my car needed and the work was done quickly and my car was ready and washed. Thank you. Your customer service is excellent.
