Im actually really disappointed in their customer service. They stated they take walk-ins when I called up till 2:30. I said I should be there at 2:32 and they said it would be fine. Unfortunately, when I arrived they said cant take me. I see numerous students sitting around and playing on their phones. I understand you have a cutoff but never have I ever been to a place where they do not provide a 5 minute grace period. The students do great work but the way guest services were handled is atrocious. Dont say you can do something and then go back on your word for 2 mins. Poorly handled service at front desk.

NO ONE EVER PICKS UP WHEN I CALL IN THE MORNING OR AFTERNOON EVEN IN WINTER!!! I LEFT 2 VOICEMAILS EARLIER THIS SUMMER AND GUESS WHAT? NO RETURNED CALLS EITHER
