Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I had some issues withdrawing money from their ATM but when i went inside the office Sandy was so nice and smiley, best disposition ever!! Thank you for being so cool!! All 5 stars for her. :)

Opened an account, deposited $3000 cash, one day later was notified account was closed with no reason. Now have to wait three weeks for a check. No associate available to help without appointment and tellers cant do anything. Worst bank in the world by far and a terrible branch. Avoid this bank!

Since living out in this area since 2017 whenever I have needed to use a bank I have frequently used this location. It's a busy location with it's usually traffic. As we all know since the pandemic a lot of locations have closed. Lines are longer. With that also brings people that like to complain too. Especially during the holidays.I usually find Sandra and Cheryl there with smiling faces assisting us as quickly as they can. The visit isn't that long with them being polite and  pleasant each visit I have been there. They do their jobs throughly. Greeting you when you arrive and they are personable until you walk away from them at the end of each transaction. I have appreciated them and all their good work through the pandemic. And they deserve a thumbs up for the great job they've done. The bank has hired new people just recently to help them out. Bravo ladies keep up the great work. Thanks again.
