Terrible customer service.  I had my Mom in and out of that office numerous times. Over a year with problems! Tim would just talk over us as we tried to explain what her issues were with her hearing aids.  He just kept coming up with different reasons why they were not working right.  He would say that is the best he can do for her hearing, after promising from the start he could improve her hearing...  and $2,000 later, no improvement!!  All we ever did was get the run around!!  We have contacted Senior Care Plus regarding not carrying this hearing center any longer!!  I will never recommend this business!!  They do not back their words!!

I woke up with a serious case of #Tinnitus on Wednesday, May 20th. After some consultation, I spoke with Khloe Kaufman who's an audiologist hear* (pun intended) at Sierra Hearing Center. She ran a litany of tests to see if my hearing was shot. She informed me that loud music isn't the only thing that can cause the ringing in your ears. Stress also exacerbates tinnitus. Yes, I'm a tad stressed then again, who isn't in the current landscape of things right now. Long story short, she helped put my mind at ease after the tests were done. She instructed me to come back if the symptoms that I felt, return, so she could do another set of tests.If you're feeling any sort of vertigo, dizziness, or anything that could be related to tinnitus, please take a moment to schedule time with Sierra Hearing Center and Reno ENT Specialists. I'm truly grateful for everything they did for me.Thanks for taking the time to read this,
