Blessed to have her!!! My father was selling his house. One week before it would have closed, my dad passed away. So poor Sarah had to start all over. Sarah was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! If she didn't answer her phone because she was bust, I never had to stress because WITHOUT FAIL she returned every one of my calls and relatively quickly at that. She helped me along the way, and because my dad did a deed after death, let me tell you, it wasn't easy. But Sarah was so very helpful, completely professional, and even listened when I would vent because of family issues during the death of a lived one. She was always there. Even though she was busy, she was always there. Every step of the way!! I highly, HIGHLY recommend Sarah if you're trying to sell your home. She will work so hard, and do her best to assure your success when trying to find or sale your home.

One word - Tenacious! Selling remote land isn't always profitable for real estate agents. Sarah was patient and persistent and was able to secure top dollar. She's also a great communicator and made the process easy and efficient. I can't say enough about the service I received and will always turn to her for my real estate needs. Thank you again!

BEST agent ever. Within minutes of talking to Sarah Chapman we knew she was THE agent. She immediately went to view properties we were interested in and sent videos and narrations. She answered all calls and texts and emails right away. She solved every problem and kept us informed. My husband and I are in our 70s and have bought and sold many homes, but Sarah was, by far, the BEST agent we have ever worked with !
