Bad service sat in drive through for 40 min to cash a check was told to come in then wanted me to get in a line of 10 people they're sevice sucks

Don't be homeless they will shut you out of your account . Up dated 10/19/23 . Absolutely the worst bank I have ever been to. I pulled up to the drive through after a 30 minute wait. No problem I understand covid 19. When I got to the Window I asked for a roll of quarters. She told me to go back around and get in another line. My lesson is learned. I will never go to this branch ever again

They closed almost all of their windows so the line is always long. The red head bank teller likes to let her friend cut everyone who's already been waiting 10+ minutes it's supposed to be quick and easy but going to this bank is probably the most mind numbing irritating thing on my to do list. Always a good experience going here, friendly tellers. Sometimes the line is long for the tellers but it moves quick. Always end up chatting with someone in line to pass the time.
