        I hired Lou to win custody of my daughter and won as a farther it's hard to win in this state they favor the mother always I also hired Lou to handle my family trust he and his friendly staff were on top of it and got it done quickly. I have used Lou for over 20 years and can't recommend him enough.

      This is simply not true. Your one case was turned down, but your other case in another area of law was accepted. You were never refused a refund. You contacted the office over the holidays. You were informed that both the attorney and the bookkeeper were out of the office until the beginning of the year. When they returned, we attempted to contact you numerous times with no success. By then you had already disputed your credit card charge. We did not oppose that. Therefore, you should have already received your refund.
