We are so pleased with Aaron and his team. Due to an unfortunate house fire a year ago, we needed help to mitigate any damages and dispose of all items damaged by smoke. They gave us a quote. Low enough that I didn't want to use my insurance and raise my rates. That was great, just what I wanted. They said, just like their commercial, "it will be like it never happened ". When they came back to start work they informed us that "oh, that's just the tare up and dry out cost. We don't do the repairs after. You have to go through other contractors to repair what we tare out." Even the commercials show them repairing everything. It was twice the cost when you add in the repair work. I had to make an insurance claim. Not what they advertise or stated in the quote.
