        This was my first visit to Pep Boys and I will DEFINITELY be returning. Dirce the scheduler, cashier and, in my case, repair guide, was AMAZING! She was friendly, without being condescending, and emitted trust and honesty. Recommendations for my car were offered without pressure. A great find!!

        Went in for A/C service was charged over $400 and told it was most likely a leaky valve (which they replaced). Later that day the refrigerant had all gone away. Then today they tell me they can fix the leak for $1500. I just don't appreciate how they told me it was fixed only to find out it is not.
