I am so pleased with my new home security system with Shield Fire & Security! Very Professional Company that puts customer satisfaction first. My sales person listened and understood my needs. Installer was on time, very knowledgeable answered all my questions. Overall pleasant experience, I would refer them to all my friends and family!

I was very impressed by the work done and how the company handled my request. All the people I talked and interacted are very nice and easy to talk to. The problem I had was a faulty glass break sensor giving me troubles for the last two weeks. It also resulted many futile trips rendered by my community security guards. So I finally call this company yesterday. It was first suggested by Jennifer of SFS that I may be able to check out some general issues such as battery. After I replaced the battery, the sensor still kept sending out tempering signals. So I called the company again and asked for an appointment. This morning the technician AJ showed up and went through the system to replace this particular sensor. Now the system is back to normal! Its a job well done and I couldnt be happier! I highly recommend Shield Fire and Security in Las Vegas! Chiang A Spanish Trail Country Club resident
