Silver Mesa Recreation Center

I used to bring my kid here for ballet and gymnastics from age 3-6. I completely stopped signing her up for programs though because with gymnastics, they would cancel classes without informing me OR if they called to let me know, they'd also say they would contact me later for when the makeup class would be, but they never would. I paid for 6 weeks worth and only got to go to 4 of the sessions because the other 2 were canceled and never made up at a later date. They also raised the fees for the programs. Not worth it anymore.

So many positive activities..front desk will literally ignore you and allow you to stand there, other staff literally vacuum completely over your foot while parents wait on their child gymnastics Its time for the front staff to be more helpful and willing to help! They never look up to great you as if you are a problem. Please groom your young staff to customer service.. out of sll the times I been there, its only one guy and one young lady who has been great!
