I called to ask questions about Covid testing. When I called at 12.30 the pharmacists were out for lunch. So I called again at 13.10. I was on hold for 30 mins only to be hung up on. I called back and got a message that the pharmacists were at lunch again. I called a few hours later and I finally got to speak with someone. The woman I spoke to was rude and spoke over my questions. I asked her if I could speak with a supervisor and she informed me that she did not have a supervisor. The customer service I received was absolutely horrendous. I will not be doing my Covid test as I do not have confidence in the pharmacists here.
