We moved here from Atlanta in 2020 and I have been bringing my 2 daughters here since. I never have any issues with anything. I did have an issue once updating my information but I just think it was a one time situation. I can always get an appointment in easily when need be. And the doctor is always so personable.

Terrible pediatrician and staff. Twice they were supposed to subscribe a prescription to my daughter but twice they did not. It's annoying. They don't care about your kids tbh. The doctor is Chinese so it's not surprising of them to be same style of not giving af and just working for a paycheck.

We have recently switch pediatricians, and we are much happier here. I have a seven-year-old daughter and a newborn. we recently had our six month check up and I absolutely loved how hands-on they were with my baby. I love that they asked lots of questions and listen to my concerns. The doctor spent a lot of time in our room with us and even walked the baby around the office to calm her down. I am a really big fan of the nurses there. They are all very kind and they remember us. These are all big differences from our previous pediatrician.

I don't like posting negativity but had to let those who have the same thought process as me.
Called to set up a pediatric appointment for my newborn. Was asked if I was "Pro-vaccine." To which I responded, "Well, I get my kids the vaccines they need for school, but I don't do elective vaccines unless I feel it is necessary." She then asked me to hold, I said ok. Once she came back, her answer to my response was, " OK, so I spoke to the doctor, and we are a Pro-covid vaccine clinic, so we won't be seeing, unfortunately." I was a little taken back, didn't make a big deal out of it, let her know it was fine and disconnected. Never in my 34 years of life was I denied a service for not being "PRO-VACCINE." Fyi, I am vaccinated due to my job, unfortunately, but I don't get unnecessary medicines, shots, or vaccines. I just don't care unless I FEEL they are in my best interest. Just be weary, folks.
