Im glad some people had a great experience with Josh and his crew because we did not. They did stucco repair and exterior painting on my father-in-laws rental home. The stucco repair wasnt horrible but I could have done as well as they did. Not good enough to call professional. Yes they work quickly but probably too quickly. They did the stucco repair, power wash and painting in a day and a half. They were asked NOT to paint the front entry door because I planned to sand it first and paint it myself. They said not to worry, they would sand it. They did not sand it and it looked horrible. We called Josh a couple weeks after the work to ask questions about the peeling and splintering of the wood on the soffits to see what could be done. He told my husband on the phone they could fill in with some kind of bondo and repaint it. But when I met him at the property to discuss (he was 2 hours late) he felt the need to mansplain to me on what particle board is and that its not a solid piece of wood but wood chips. And that paint does not fix construction defects. REALLY??!! Insulting! He just said $10-20,000 to fix the problem and left. I texted him later to ask a question and had texted him before to see when he would finally arrive and he didnt answer either text. Customer service is not a priority with this company. Well I need to get back to sanding the door! Service: Exterior painting
