Horrible experience. To start, their office is in SHAMBLES and dissaray. 95% of their staff is Unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. On our last visit for my partner, the primary physician didn't even know how to fill her prescription. He HAD ME DO IT FOR HIM ON HIS LAPTOP. Then after the prescription was filled, we were told by the receptionist to wait 24 hours to hear back on where her prescription will be filled at. Fast forward OVER 48 hours later, we call them just to hear "oh, I haven't been able to do that yet, I will call back tomorrow with your prescription figured out". Next day comes, WE CALL THEM at the end of their business day to hear the same receptionist found one, we call the medical supplier and they ended up telling us that they don't even carry Ostomy supplies. That medical supplier sent us to a different company, same deal. They sent us somewhere else (has ostomy supplies this time but doesn't take any insurances, only out of pocket). So we call this sham of a hospital back, explain the situation to them, and they tell us that they will find one that works, said they would send her prescription to anyone possible, then lock one down and cancel the rest. Called in today and spoke to a manager (who was very rude and interrupted often) to be told that they may not be able to find one, then she hung up on us. We will be suing for 3 things. 1st, patient neglect. 2nd, promissory estoppel (we followed the advice of a professional to our detriment, as my partner will now be clapping herself through her stomach with her ostomy uncovered). And 3rd is medical malpractice, for obvious reasons. Do not walk, RUN away from this horrible place. They will be seeing us in court, and zi am sure there are plenty of horrible experiences just like this. I will be making a reddit community forum to gather a class action lawsuit, separate from our own personal lawsuit with them. All we need is at least 25 people with similar stories and things that have happened, so if you are interested, roughly 1 week after this review hop on reddit and search "Las Vegas hospital Class Action Lawsuit"

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Went there a bit ago to get ileostomy supply referrals. They hung up on me refused to give me name of places that carry the product. They wanted Me to get a check up before getting my medical supplies when I have a few days left before I'll be going to the bathroom on myself. They didn't take my concerns serious at all. They didn't even seem to care I've lived with crohns for a long time all I needed was help and there were not one bit of help! Wouldn't recommended! I've been in so many hostpials due to my condition and this one tops the worst place I've been!

The staff is extremely unprofessional. After more than 5 phone calls they still got my appointment wrong! And, when trying to call in to confirm if they had the correct date/time, they still had it wrong. After spending 30 min in fixing the appointment two days later I get a phone call that I missed my appointment for the wrong date/time!!

Today was my first visit with Dr. William Jack. This by far is the best Primary Care appointment I have experienced in Las Vegas in the 7 years I have lived here. His staff is very professional, organized,and experienced in each role from checking in to checking out. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My prescriptions that I needed were sent to the pharmacy and ready for pick up as I was leaving the office today. Dr. Jack himself presents very educated and has a wonderful professional caring demenor. He is also a Prince Fan which is important in my book.

D4 Noemi Cabrera has to be the worst Doctor I have ever visited. Not only did she walk in without knocking when I ess getting dressed, but she had a way of appearing easily irritated when I questioned things. As if I should have simply taken what she says as "law" cause she is the doctor. These tyes of careless doctors Who feel like just because they say something it is right come across the WRONG WAY. They have the doctor so I am next God mentality. I was constantly interrupted When I was trying to explain things to her keep in mind, I'm at the doctor's office for my health. Worst part is at the end of The Visit when I decided to cut The Visit short. She made comments to her staff who then treated me rudely as I exited. I switched providers cause this doctor's office really put a bad taste in my mouth. How incredibly Unprofessional of her. I know all doctors are not like this. I have been seen by other doctors who I left feeling very comfortable. This experience was horrible
