        We had a massive repair job with the irrigation system in our new 50-year-old home. We called 2 or 3 contractors to bid the job, and then called Razo. He came the same day, bid $1000 less than the nearest competitor, and came back the next day with a crew to do the job. Best part was the 2 year warranty he offered on the work he completed. 5 stars.         Called for a simple repair. Didn't show up. Called back at 5 to say 275.00 for a job he didn't even look at. We felt like he was trying to take advantage of a senior. Would never recommend him.
