Room was lovely, with great decor, but mattress needs major topper. Way too hard and both my husband and I had pain in our backs. Pillows were only ok. Rooms: Very nice furnishings and decor. Lovely carpet and drapes. Big TV with HBO Walkability: This BW is in an industrial area, off I-15 in No Vegas. A great stopover if you want to avoid the madness of Vegas lights, strip and noise. Not walkable other than stretching your legs during daylight hours. Food & drinks: One of the best BW breakfasts with a clean, organized room. The Breakfast Ambassador, Bonnie, was a doll! Eggs seemed like real vs powdered. Good sausage, cereal choices, waffles, etc. Free Coffee machine in the lobby (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) Decent pubs and restaurants within 8 minutes.

Very noisy train and things bang outside when windy. The rooms were gorgeous!

No disappointments. Every single staff member has always been extremely nice. I haven't experienced even a slight bit of rudeness or impoliteness.

This was by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! First off the hotel is located in a very industrial part of town. When we first walked into the hotel it smelled of sewer and waste. Then when we got to our room it just continued to get worst from there. The mattresses should have been replaced 10 years ago and squeaked anytime you made any kind of little adjustment. The pillows were awful as well. They were like little half pillows and not even the normal full size. Then there was the noise insulation of the walls. We stayed in room 324 and you could hear everything and I mean everything that was happening in room 326! The first night we were there the guest in that room was blasting their music and talking on the phone until about 2:00am in morning, so I ended up not getting much sleep that night. I was going to ask to change rooms but I have a 2 year old that was in a pack n play and a 6 year old, so it honestly would have been a lot to pack up all of our things and move to another room. The next night Im pretty sure that room was empty, but then Sunday night a couple arrived around 11:00pm and were getting busy until around 3:00am. Luckily my children are sound sleepers because you could hear EVERYTHING! I went to the lobby to see if they had ears plugs but unfortunately they did not. The receptionist did offer for us to change rooms but there was no way I could have changed rooms in the middle of night. Additionally, Sunday morning the cook didnt show up until 7:45am so there was very little breakfast options available. The receptionist that was working Sunday morning was absolutely amazing and did her absolute best to try to get breakfast coordinated for everyone. Besides all of these negatives, the only positive of this hotel was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and so sweet my girls. Needless to stay we will not be staying at this hotel ever again or any Best Western for that matter!!! This definitely is up there with the top worst hotels I have ever stayed in!! I really would like my money back as we paid around $600 and this hotel was not even close to being worth that, you can stay in some really nice hotels for $200 a night. Update on 6/7/24 to my review, Just got off the phone with manager who advised they were not refunding me for my entire stay just one night of my stay, so if you ever see this on your review o just dont want anyone to be confused. Again we will never ever stay here again!
