What an amazing experience at the west rim with Wild West Helicopters! Our pilot Tom was amazing and informative and made the flight even more exciting. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Truly an experience that will live on in our memories of a great treat. 4/29/2023

So I booked a flight around the Vegas strip for Saturday the 1st at 930. I was at Tuscany gardens enjoying at 200$ steak that I rushed out of there in order to make it to my appointment that they deducted from my account just to find out that they knew nothing about my confirmed appointment. So then they tell me they have to fuel up there helicopter I say ok. They leave for about 5 minutes while I sign all the paperwork to which they come back and say that the person flying the helicopter was over there flight hours? If that was the case they would of known that when I walked in the door. So I wake up today try to call multiple times to get a reservation for today instead of a refund to which no ome has answered one time. I was also told that someone would be contacting me in reference to my refund and have not heard from them on that end. I would definitely not waste my time FYI all the helicopter flight places rent from the same building and use the same equipment
