Came in on a Tuesday with my lady sat the table never was greeted when arrived; sat a booth the table was extremely wobbly and off balance then moved to another and had same issue. Waited for about 10 minutes and still no service and eventually just left and went somewhere else on the way out bartender said he saw us and was coming over but had too many at the bar. Which i understood but that wasnt a good excuse to leave us there with no communication or water or anything i used to like this bar but seems like they are short staffed and the service wasnt as good as id like it to be.

**Edited with answers to response** A 2 star review because the quality of takeout should match the same quality of food you would give to dining in customers. DoorDash is already higher than the dine in amount so to spend a higher amount of money and receive burnt food is not okay. and i mean "higher" as in extra fees and taxes not the original price of food. I'd spend less dining in than paying extra fees for delivery and tip. Plus there is no way to reach them by phone so I had to drive anyways to get my issue resolved (which destroys the purpose of DoorDash). This was also the result of "pressing 3" I wouldnt of drove for no reason. I appreciate the lady who was kind and got my order re done. The overall properly cooked order tasted great but now I know to not order online. The order I received via DoorDash vs the order I got when I went in person attached. Seems like the response was more directed to how I can better address issues. The issue was addressed fine, work on your quality of food for all customers. Thank You.
