To Home Depot on 9705 W. Charleston, LV NV 89117. Your Kraftwright Company Door Installer named Martin Altamirano was not supposed to use the old bathroom door as a template. The dimensions on the old bathroom door were incorrect, henceforth why we ordered a new bathroom door. I asked Martin to please take the old bathroom door which I had waiting for him to put on his truck. To my horror from a distance I watched Martin use the dimensions from the old bathroom door, and he immediately began sawing off 2 inches from the new bathroom door. Upon installing the new bathroom door there was a 1 gap at the top right corner of the door, no privacy; and I told Martin he was not supposed to use the old bathroom door as a template, this is why the new door doesnt fit. Upon closer inspection after Martin left, I noticed In order to make the door fit Martin had to extend the door hinge to where one inch is extended beyond the wooden door frame. The installation looks very unprofessional. To make matters worse Martin stood there and lied and said I gave him the old door to use as a template! He became very argumentative and kept reinstating this is my job. He was scheduled to be at my house from 8am to 10am, however he did not show up, and I had to call Home Depot at 10:15 and complain of Martins whereabouts? Jose from the Home Depot on Charleston Boulevard stated the system was down. Martin stated the company gave him 3 work orders and he was running behind schedule. This is by far is no way to conduct business let alone Customer Service. Im in a state of shock and disbelief. Respectfully, I. Jones Service: Home renovations

Fernando, from Kraft Wright (via Home Depot) just finished installing my new front door and I couldn't be happier. Extremely professional, excellent craftsmanship and all round nice guy. Will definitely recommend to friends and use services again.

I had a french door replace contracted by Home Depot the I am so pleased with the job that was done.these to gentlemen were professional and on time they were a father and son team there names were Martin and Martin Jr. What a great team I would recommend them to all.When the job was complete you didn't even know they were there. Again so so pleased with there work.THANK YOU GUYS

Excellent service, their installer was fast, efficient and very helpful. He was very friendly and cleared everything away before he left. I would highly recommend this company to my friends.
