        This place needs to be run by adults. They need values and professionalism. Theres a young lady that throws temper tantrums when she doesnt get her way. She needs to learn how to keep the more experienced employees instead of getting rid of them because she throws her tantrums. They also bring in children under the age of 5 into a dangerous environment whereas they can run outside towards dangerous equipment in the yard. This place is like a daycare. The young lady needs to be in a different title. If that suits her well then she needs to go out into the real world and see how that title fits her. Its no wonder the office personnel has a high turnover. Working here is not worth it. They also underpay you! Thanks!
