        Poor service, Dishonest. Don't trust these people they are rude and incompetent. They do not stand behind their warranty work. They cut corners. If you want glue and duct tape call these unprofessional people. Make sure you don't call on a weekend

        Excellent company, They saved me about $10,000 with one of my lifts that is out of production and the company does not make replacment parts, but this company does. My 2 lift arm pins broke and this company custom made me 2 1 piece pins and had them installed in no time. Very profressional. With all these other 1 star reviews I dont see how this company would get them cuz my experience was excellent I will be using this compnay again..Good job guys!!

        They came out to install my 3rd party 2 post vehicle lift and did a horrible job. All they did was bolt it to the ground and leveled it. The 2 post are almost an inch difference in height so when I have a vehicle on the lift its slanted. They left the the cables loose and one of them barely got any thread on the bolt. Didnt bother adjusting anything or filling up the hydraulic fluid after I was told that would be done. They left the cross line loose so if a vehicle hits the line it wont stop it from reaching the top. NO ADJUSTMENTS WERE MADE. There goes $850 down the drain. I had to call another company to inspect it and give me a quote to correct their poor work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES. I tried reaching out 3 times already to Jackson the guy in charge of the installers and have not gotten a call back after leaving a voice mail.

      To be clear, we sold Avatar Foods a used 25HP compressor to act as a back-up to their primary compressor. Once our compressor was installed and connected. these guys transported their PRIMARY compressor to another location and used our back-up unit as a primary and expected us to be on call 24/7 for them. We did over $6,000 dollars worth of warranty work on a compressor we did not sell, and have not been paid for. The gentleman named Mike was consistently rude, demanding and called my techs on the weekends to demand service. After a few thousand dollars, several rude conversations and unrealistic requests; we decided to terminate our services being available for his company. In addition to the work we did, he had a "maintenance tech" on hand and employed by him that altered settings on the compressors we serviced; somehow that is our fault too. Avatar Foods and Michael are no longer capable of receiving our help or even a return phone call. Not sure how many small businesses can afford to support this type of service to ungreatful and frankly medaling customers. I truly hope he finds a company that can help him out and overcome these obstacles he creates to service them. By the way, we make it clear we are available M-F 7A-5P and do out best to accommodate any weekend emergencies, if we have a tech available.
