Woke up this morning to no power at my house. Not sure how long it'd been since it went out, my phone hadn't even charged fully, so I figured it'd been a couple of hours. I just purchased my home back in December so I didn't expect to have any issues since the inspection was done then. I Googled electric company, these guys pulled up on the first page so I called them right away. I was scared because I have absolutely no knowledge of anything that is electrical related so they let me know what the issue was. Turns out the breaker box thing had a bad breaker. The tech they sent out , Grainger was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. I called them at 7:22 this morning, they told me they could have someone ASAP. Grainger showed up at 8:47am. By 9:33 my power was back on. Thanks so much guys, I am beyond grateful for your service because as a first time homeowner, I was expecting the absolute worst. Thanks again guys, for saving me from what could have been a nightmare!
