Affordable Dental at Ann & Willis

This is my first time here. Everyone here is so nice,. The Dr helped me find out why I am in pain every time I eat. And she's going to fix me where I can get new Dentures. I was really nervous about coming to a dentist but the Dr and staff has made me really comfortable and I'm not so nervous anymore. I can't wait to get my teeth and be able to eat an have a pretty smile again. I'm so excited. This is my first time here. Everyone here is so nice,. Very detailed with X-rays and prompt service! Ive been searching for a dentist in Las Vegas for 4 years. Think I found one! So far so good!

Only reason to give one stars is that the staff were friendly. My son had an appt three weeks ago and needed a referral for an anesthesiologist. I called them a week later and they hadn't send it, but ASSURED me the manager would send it right then and there. It's been another two weeks and still nothing. Fed up, I went there in person only to be told that they can't give me a referral without the doctor's signature. So what have they been doing this whole time? My son's toothache has only gotten worse. Absolutely frustrating! Only reason to give one stars is that the staff were friendly. First off their star rating is so high because they offer a free cancer screening when a review is left, so obviously most people are going go give 5 stars while sitting there in the over before anything is done. The dentist is not the one that is on their website. She did an okay job I think, I guess only time will tell as I only needed a filling. The thing I didnt like was that they offered things I feel I didnt need and that were pretty expensive and not covered by insurance like a tooth sealant and a laser cleaning. I paid for the laser cleaning $100 because they told me I had the signs of gingivitis, but my mouth was perfectly healthy and the dentist said that. I also feel that my breath was worse in the weeks after I left there. I get this place is apart of a huge dental group and they probably have selling points etc, but its just not for me.
