Update 3/18/24: Still one of the best experiences you can have at the dentists office! Rhea is super friendly, as is the entire staff. Aliante Dental is as great of an experience as you could have at the dentist.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! This was the worst experience Ive ever had! I went with my husband and should have left right away. The girls at reception were flirting so bad with every man that walked in alone. They even told one man that they didnt appreciate him bringing in his wife with him last time. Then it was our turn to get my husband a partial. They wanted them paid for in full up front. It took sooooo much longer than promised (months longer), and they were horrible looking! We even got the upgraded ones to look better. They told him thats what he picked out so thats what he gets. My husband did not PICK OUT anything. He just asked that they somewhat match his current partial that is falling out. My husband did freak out after months of waiting and caused a scene, because of all the broken promises and how badly he needs new teeth to eat. He has 9 missing teeth from a car accident, and they had 5 large looking teeth full the space in the partial. We would get a phone call from someone saying his teeth were in and ready, then we would show up and they would say no one called us, and that they wont be in for another couple weeks. That happened multiple times. It was completely unprofessional, and unorganized. So we asked for a refund. That took another 6 weeks! I cannot believe a business is able to stay open with this level of horrible customer service. If you want to experience the ghettoest part of Vegas, welcome to Aliante Dental.

I really want to share a bit of a lengthy journey in this post, cuz if there is others like me who have trouble finding a good dentist and hate going to the dentist, or even petrified of the phase of dentures. Well this is the spot. I had moved back here after spending many years in California, and had found to have periodontal disease and bone loss from letting a broken tooth go . So I had went to Absolute Dental got partials putting off getting all my teeth pulled, TOO SCARED the whole experience with them ended up being a nightmare!!! I had a tooth that was going really bad and was gonna break off and the my partials wouldn't have fit. So either I go all in or just prolong the inevitable and decided that it was time to break down and get them all pulled and get dentures. They were infected and the infection had been dragging me down physically for years. So this time I did my homework, looked at dentists covered under my INS and came across Aliamte Dentistry. Read the reviews which were awesome and made the appointment. They set a plan in motion let me know what to expect, gave me referrals for oral surgeons, and let me know what out of pocket expenses there would be and also what options I had in the financial departments. Everytime I called sometimes prompt sometimes I had to wait but everytime they were courteous and did whatever they could to accommodate whatever the situation was. Sometimes I had to ask questions to the Dr. cuz well it's all alot for either party to remember everything all the time. I was so nervous but from the very beginning I didn't dread going to the dentist I wasn't nervous about hidden agendas or that they wanted to hurry up and in and out me. But my appointments where in and out without the rush feeling. I never stayed longer then 5 or 10 minutes in the waiting room and if the Dr. was running behind someone always let me know which only happened once and I had my second adjustment after surgery and immediate dentures ( just so you have an idea how many appointments there was. All in all best place if you want to feel comfortable about one of the most uncomfortable things in life we have to go through ...there has been a lapse in time cuz I had to wait awhile before I could get a hard reline and boy the time trying to deal with my teeth staying in I thought was gonna drive me mad but Doc reassured me to just be patient, that we had to let the gums and bone settle so the reline would work good...patients paid off it's now been a couple months and much happier they aren't my teeth but for a replacement they are quality A+ for the usage of them and confidence level A, for the office the staff the layout plan and how everyone and anyone would find the answers for me or make me feel comfortable as possible ....well in closing,,,,A+A+.... Highly recommend

I had a wonderful time here at Aliante Dental! The front desks team was amazing, Celia made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked into the door! I got my teeth cleaned by Rhea who was AWESOME! Super friendly and made a not so fun experience somewhat enjoyable! Thanks again for helping my now pearly whites
