I went on July 7th 2023 to switch from metro PCS to Cricket. Nina the sales associate is a total ROCKSTAR. She was so upbeat, energetic and very outgoing. She told me about the promotions going on and what's included with what promotion. She guided me through the transition and took care of everything for me including getting me set up on Autopay. She was so specific and detailed when explaining everything. She assured me not to worry that my old service from metro PCS would be switched over to my new phones within the hour. This truly was a positive experience since switching over to a new carrier can be somewhat a little challenging. Thank you again Nina for your service with a smile and welcoming me to the Cricket Family.

My name is Mario I've been a client of cricket for the past 2 years I never had no issues with nobody to store the people that used to be there before they were really nice I don't know who's this girl with all these tattoos she's the most arrogant person I ever met honestly she should be fired I just asked her about service about my phone I just recently last month a g stylus Motorola have for less than 1 month and I already have an issues last time I asked her for my account number because I was thinking of switching over to another carrier because other way that they charging per line my line got disconnected right after I got a new line so when I went back today she's like giving me attitude I thought you were going to leave the company and I'm like what is I got to do with anything your phone doesn't have no warranty and I say I already have spoken to customer service and they told me they're willing to exchange it but the whole way that she talked to me like if I needed her service I said you know what never mind and she like well like what her attitude I swear to God I would never go back to the store I give her zero stars because she sucks
