    SOMEBODY STOLE MY PERSONAL INFO FROM BIOLIFE PLASMA AND USED IT TO DONATE PLASMA AT A NON-BIOLIFE PLASMA CENTER!!!!I started going to BioLife on Sept. 14 of this year. Between the Craig Rd & Summerlin locations, I completed 7 appointments by Oct 13. Scheduling kind of sucked, but I get it. It's an easy way to make some extra change so a lot of people do it. Anyway, I had to cancel a few appointments (conflicts with my work schedule, feeling a little sick) but came back for another appointment at Maryland Pkwy on Oct 30. Everything went fine. Had another appointment set up for Nov 2, but upon check in was told I had been "deferred". When I asked what that meant, I was told due to excessive donating, I was no longer eligible to be a Biolife donor. I thought they were saying that, since I kept canceling or rescheduling appointments, I was getting the boot. Not so! The manager at the Maryland Pkwy location said I had donated plasma with a different company on Oct 27 & Oct 29, then came back to Biolife to donate on Oct 30, which of course is a no no since you can't donate 2 days in a row and can only donate twice in a 7 day week. RIGHT HAND ON THE BIBLE, BEFORE THAT MOMENT I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THERE WERE OTHER PLASMA PLACES IN VEGAS! But according to the flawless CDCS system, it was me, and that was that. Now it's been a week. I've gone back to Maryland Pkwy twice trying to get ANY kind of answers about where these donations happened, what Biolife is going to do to help, how can they erase all my info, ANYTHING. "Our district manager will contact you." I complained on their website's CONTACT US link. Got a phone call an hour later. "Our center manager will contact you." WHEN?! Because somebody DEFINITELY stole my name, SSN, and address information to donate plasma and it sure doesn't feel like yall care at all!

    Every-time i come in for my appointment its super busy. There are 3 staff in the front and 2 screening with aline that is zigzagging to the kiosks. Why am i even scheduling an appointment if im not being seen until 20-30 minutes later. So yes im considered a no-show because if i walk in and it looks like a chaotic circus, i am turning around and walking out. Even when you wait the 30 minutes to be screened, then theres a waiting area, then you get to go to a bed. Once you get to the bed, its the same story; you have to wait 15-25 minutes just for venipuncture. Wheres the staff? Wheres the sense of urgency? Today i came in 5/16/22 for an 1055am appointment, arrived at 1045am, called to screening around 1110am, and then was told i would have to wait for a nurse to check my weight. I only cane back because of $600 bonus sent to me. However its not even worth it if i have to wait to be screened, wait for a nurse, wait in the waiting area for a bed, and then wait to be stuck. 2-2.5 hours every donation is poor customer service.
