AA Auto Care Ann & Simmons - Store # 400

My experience at this automotive shop was beyond disappointing. Mark's terrible customer service and inability to fix my vehicle were just the beginning. The shop also managed to damage my engine and refused to take responsibility for it, even after two failed repair attempts in one week. Which led up to the engine being damaged. Owner John's lack of concern for our bad experience was evident, as he didn't bother to address our concerns. Even after asking to speak to him directly, Mark said he was very aware of the situation and wanted no contact with us. Mark's behavior reached a new low when he hung up on us twice, demonstrating a complete disregard for customer service.The only positive aspect was Janette, the receptionist, whose kindness stood out amidst the chaos. Unfortunately, her exceptional service couldn't compensate for the shop's incompetence and lack of accountability. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs.

Poor Customer Service. They charged me and did not complete the work and the manager is non existent. Getting my layer involved as they are refusing to give me a refund.

Janet and her mechanics at AA Auto-Simmons are top notch - Another establishment could not remove oil cartridge on my Toyota without charging me extra $$ - AA took care of it without issue - Highly recommend this garage
