Horrible customer service if u decide u want to take your car if there taking to long to get to ur car the black guy that says he is the manager will get nasty with u Had my car there 12 days 10 of those working days and my car wasnt even touched I was told by the next day they would break it down and get me a final price but that never happen Just kept getting the run around and nothing but lies And on top of that when I got my car back from them there was white paint every inside car on the carpet doors and back window Stay away from this place and save yourself from a big headache

The manager who attended to our car concern was professional and expert on line of business. Very good Maaco team on customer and painting service.

Not resolvable, do a bad job Cleaning up after paint Job all over the vehicle where it shouldn't be. Take too long to do the job Uber 6 months. Play it the initial color wrong color had to take it back

I doubt if this will ever be posted. My experience was the worst . It brought me to be my worst self. I originally received a quote from Macco and had told the salesperson I also wanted to get a quote from another shop, I told him the name of the other shop and he told me that they could not be trusted. I had taken my truck to another body work and paint shop and they were cheaper so I had them do the work then they attempted to cheat me. So I paid them for the time which they had started to sand down the vehicle and took it to Macco, I had told the counter personnel (sale person) which was a different person from the original person what had happened at the other paint shop and he assured me this would not ever happen here. He gave me a quote and even though it was higher then the original shop I decided to have them do the work. They told me it would be done within 7 to 10 days. I agreed and left my truck to have all of the dents taken out and painted to the original two tone colors. Ten day went by and I had heard nothing. So I called them. The new counter person said he was glad I called because they had the wrong phone number. This was the first of many lies. My correct number was on the original quote and the second quote. He tells me they have been trying to contact me. Then he said they were going to have to charge me more because of unseen damages which they didnt see during the original quote. This was a lie. The original person that gave me the quote went over the truck with a fine tooth comb. There had been two quotes one from the original sales person which I had received before I had decided to take it to the shop that was trying to cheat me ( that sale person had quit for unknown reason) then when I brought it back to Macco a second sales person gave me an additional quote (this person left and never came back after Macco had found out he was taking in vehicles for cash and not putting them on the books); he didnt get fired he just left without notice. I had a big battle with that sales person before he left because they were doing the exact same thing as the first body shop. They were trying to raise the price on me also. This battle went on for the longest time. Finally I spoke to the regional manager and he after a lot of arguments and threat of a lawsuit decided to do the job for the original amount that they had quoted. I should mention that there was many more lies that I was told. To many to go over. Macco had my vehicle (truck) for over two months. I use my truck for work and was unable to use it during this time. I will give credit to the regional manager he at least made it right in the end. Still to get my truck completed it was a very bad experience. I have since getting a paint job put a small dent in the body of my truck and would never bring it back to Macco. I dont believe this will ever be posted. I should add I attempted to contact the corporate office and they never called me back. Bad experience all around.

Went in to get my 2000 F250 painted and had excellent help. Paint job was as good a factory paint.
