Saratoga Springs Park is a privately owned park, owned by the Homeowners of Saratoga Springs.
Do not come here, if you do not live here.
That said, it is a wonderful little park with a medium-sized grassy area, swings, benches, and a metal play area.
There is a very small shaded picnic area as well.
Next to you will find a "Book Library Box" if you are looking for one to read, or have one to drop off.
Playground: Swings and metal play area. Jungle gym.
Picnic area: A very small shaded area.

Always clean and kept up; only bummer is no bathroom so can be tricky with kids.
