Super sweet office staff, Dr. is very kind and has great chairside manner. Flexible payment options and very willing to work with us on our payments with orthodontics not being a covered service under our dental/health insurance plan with BC/BS. Highly recommend this office and we will take our other children here for treatment as well.

My experience with Dr. Rick Parigini has been extremely positive. He has taken the time to make my teeth straight and he continues to perfect my smile. My teeth had become extremely overcrowded on the bottom and consequently, irregular on the uppers. I chose Clear Correct, similar to invisilign, changing aligners every three weeks. When I was nearly finished with the process, I noticed dark spaces between my front teeth. Dr. Parigini had my teeth scanned again, to fix the spots I didn't like. I am still in the process of fixing these. He slightly filed the front teeth so they could move closer together. My top teeth are now almost perfect and I'm confident the bottoms will also improve in the next few weeks. I really appreciate that his assistants listen to what I tell them, relay the information and work with me to get a proper fit of the aligners. I have problems with the aligners fitting on my teeth sometimes and Dr. Parigini has been extremely responsive to any problems I have. I am extremely pleased with how my teeth are improving and the quality of care I have received at this office.
