Nancy is the best! I felt so comfortable talking with her on the phone about my goals, and in person it is obvious she loves what she does. She was a great help to me to quit smoking. She can help you too!

Nancy is so amazing! I went in to see her with an open mind as I have never had hypnotherapy before. I know it was because of her help that I have been able to stay away from a bad habit I was dealing with. I definitely recommend this therapy to anyone who has an open mind and is having trouble with a habit or other personal issue they may be experiencing. Thank you so much Nancy!

I recently worked with Nancy to quit smoking. I did two sessions, and I cannot believe how easily I quit. I also worked with Nancy recently to promote the healing process after surgery. I highly recommend Nancy and her process. She is lovely to work with, and I found her methods to be highly effective.

Nancy is an incredibly talented hypnotist. I have had a lot of difficulty with weight gain and triggers leading me to sweets. In one session Nancy was able to expertly explore the fundamental reasons why this existed and how I could easily move past these associations. I felt better, lighter and more in control and my attitude towards eating and in particular sweets has changed drastically using my unconscious mind. The process was easy and I loved Nancy's calm self assurance and sense of professionalism and joy!
