        I traveled 2 hrs to see the doctor after waiting 3 months for an appointment. I got there 12 minutes late because I got confused. They couldn't even let me see the doctor so I could show her my blood work, because they have a 5 minutes late policy. Never coming back.

        Dr. Prather is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She always listens, she genuinely cares about my mental and physical health. I have never felt comfortable at a doctors office until I met her.

        My first visit to this practice. I gave myself plenty of time to arrive for my appointment but was 4 minutes late as I missed the turn into the driveway and had to get back on highway to get back to Lucerne. When I checked in I was told, you realize it is 4:44 pm. I said yes and I was told PA could not see me. I said but Im only 4 minutes late. Assistant responded yes mmam you are 4 minutes late and we cant see you. Not going to reschedule. Not sure how good their services are but I was taken a back by the tone and attitude.
