    If I could give these guys negative stars I would. Im Active Duty Army stationed in Texas. My debit card was hacked and so they cancelled my card. Instead of working with the situation in which I couldnt be there in person to get a new card issued, they have been difficult about the whole thing and leaving me stuck with no money while trying to do my best to serve my country. Extremely disappointed in this branch and its inability to work with military personnel, and the feel downright disrespected that they couldnt find a way to get me access to my money when I cant be there. Couldnt believe my hometown branch would do this. Again would give -10 stars if I could.

    GNCU your Executives are awful! Why do you not have a manager? According to your Minden teller the manager retired in October? You didn't know that was coming? Tellers have to do extra steps w/o a manager and that compounds the chances for mistakes. I had to walk out because the amount of errors and extra steps. Executives get in your car, drive to Minden and manage your Branch!
