Hired John to clean carpets and remove a pet odor. He quoted $250 and invoiced $400. Carpets were not spectacular the odor back the next day. John stated he would have to come back at least 2 more times and another $200. We hired John as he owed us monies for products he purchased from us and never paid for. He then received more product and once again never paid. We had dirty, smelly poorly cleaned carpets in the end, and after all was said and done still owed and we are out $799.24 after crediting him the over priced carpet "not cleaning," of $400. John and his work could be beaten and improved on with a shop vac. His morals and ethics are not lacking, but rather non existent. After my experience suggest you choose other options for your needs. And avoid John Helmer entirely. Shady to say the least. Services: Upholstery cleaning, Pet stain and odour removal, Carpet cleaning

We had Custom Floor Care clean the carpets in our home and have never been more impressed with a business in the service industry in our life. From the timely response, to the fair price, the quality of equipment and the service received we will never use any other Floor Care service. Custom Floor Care is a one stop shop for your Floor Care needs and Service is their specialty. I give custom Floor Care a 5 star review with zero reluctance.

I chose this company over some others in the area because they were local. All of my bids were about the same price, so I’m glad I went with custom floor care! Bobby, the manager, did such an amazing job! We have dogs that shed and there was absolutely no dog smell afterwards. Professional and on time too. Our floors have never looked so good! We will have them do our tile next!

John and his employee Bill, did an amazing job with my carpets. John's prices were reasonable, and I was very satisfied with the work that they did. I would highly recommend them!
