We unfortunately had to switch to a new firm. We like to sit and see our accountant, but they've gone to all drop off and pick up when ready. We don't need a visit each time just the first time. I wish they had the help or they would make time for their clients. It's really quite unfortunate.

BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Less than one star! They have had all our tax documents and have done nothing with it, never even filed extensions or anything and the OWNER could care less!! Its been almost 8 months!! Like HOW are they still in business?!!

It took this accounting firm 1 1/2 months to complete my 2022 business and personal tax return. Bryan was supposed to be the one doing our tax returns but found out he just looks them over he does not actually complete them. Their fee has increased by $400 in the last couple of years. They are going for quantity not quality. I would not use them again. They are extremely expensive and do not complete the return in a timely manner.

Carson Valley Accounting did me dirty this year... It was impossible to get my Accountant, Jake, to call me back.  He ends up calling me on April 18th to tell me I owe thousands to the Feds, then, even tho I had tried to reach them, they called me mid May to let me know I owe thousands to CA.  It's not about the $$, I expected to owe... It's the fact that my accountant was impossible to get hold of.  Now, thanks to him, I'll owe penalties on top of my taxes & will have to hire another accountant for an audit...  Horrible experience!!!  Never Again!!!  They charge you for an in person meeting & charged $450 to inform me of taxes due, even tho they were late.  I gave them at least 3 wks and they assured me that was fine as it was before the final due date
