Mary is terrific. After a quick phone call to set a convenient appt, she asked pertinent questions to outline good Medicare options from which I chose. Then she efficiently dispatched all the paperwork to set me up with a primary care provider on the spot. This was outside initial enrollment period and open enrollment, so I wasnt sure how much of a hassle this would be. With Mary, it was no hassle at all! She just flat knows her stuff. Thanks, Mary!

Hands down, Medicare Mary (my husband's name for her) is the best insurance agent we have ever worked with. Smart, charming, and a great sense of humor. My husband had a stroke while we were traveling and she helped me over the phone at an obscenely early hour on a Sunday morning. We have referred several people to her and she has helped every one of them. Why would you ever answer one of those obnoxious telemarketer Medicare phone calls when you can have face-to-face personalized service from the best?
