        Every trip to Laughlin casinos has included a visit to Minato's. Previous visit -2023- was very disappointing as the food was delivered cold and overall bland which was suprising. Fortunately my folks wanted to give them another chance and they have been redeemed. Very much enjoyed our hot miso and yakisoba, tasty sushi roll, crispy vegetable tempura and cold beer and plum wine. Service was excellent as well. We will keep Minatos on our short list of favorite restaurants to visit in the area. Vegetarian options: There were 4 vegetarian sushi roll options and vegetable entrees are available and recommended.
