This place really makes me miss woodworkers emporium. Geri and Christian made visitors feel welcome. This place feels like a morgue. You can wander around forever and never get any help. And dont get me started on wood prices. I only go here in a pinch and will continue to order online. You get about the same level of customer support that way, none.

This is a great store run by great people. I recently purchased a new lathe and sharpening system that had just gone on sale. When I was waiting for a salesperson the owner asked if I needed help and I told her I wanted to purchase the lathe and sharpener that had just gone on sale. She misunderstood and thought I had already purchased it and offered to refund me the difference between the new sales price and the regular price. That is what I call excellent customer service. She wanted to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer to the point of refunding me some money! Also, the salesperson guided me through the entire purchase (a Powermatic midi lathe and Robert Sorby ProEdge sharpening system). He demoed the lathe and the sharpener, gave me some excellent tips, and made sure I had everything I needed. BTW, the lathe is absolutely everything he said it would be and more. And this is not a fluke. Every time I go in this store I get the same kind of service. Service and support you cannot get on Amazon. Support our community and shop LOCAL!

Festool, blades, sand paper, wood species galore, jigs, table saws, planers, lathes, turning tools, and supplies, glues, finishes, hand planes, work benches, router bits...don't forget that you only came here for bees wax.
