Mike and Matt were very professional, polite, they did a great job installing my new windows. I am so pleased with their work and the windows. They answered my questions, Mike explained and showed me how the windows work and how to position the windows to clean. It will be easier now. I love my windows. Thank you, Katherine VanHouten

It's been three weeks since my windows and door were installed. Here's my front door. The sign says, "Please knock" because the installer shorted out my doorbell. Is that a huge thing? No. The huge thing is I've been trying to get someone to fix it for three weeks now and nobody will return my calls. The job is done as far as they're concerned, so I'm no longer important. At least that's the impression I get from the company. I finally have had enough and sent the photo to my sales guy 20 minutes ago and he said he would have a manager call me in 10 minutes... again, no call. For the high price they charge, you'd think someone would be thinking about customer service. Oh, and if you buy from them, their "My Project" site that they want you to use for project updates, etc. is useless. There's a feature there to request service, but nobody monitors that either. I love the product but HATE the service. Or lack of service, to be truthful.
