Vitanya Brain Performance

My Coach (Raechel C. (NV)) masterfully guided me through the Vitanya remote program, in conjunction with the Heal the Hero (HTH) program. Attention commanders and executive commanders, these programs will improve the wellness of your teams. I pursued these programs after participating in an agency demonstration for command officers, but only after researching both Vitanya & HTH. After three decades of first responder service, I am practiced in applying healthy amounts skepticism and cynicism to my decisions and choices. I experienced positive and measurable results, and both recommend and promote this for consideration within your wellness program.

I cant tell you how much Vitanya and Raechel have helped me. I wasnt sure how the process was going to work at first but I saw results immediately in my sleep and anxiety. I felt so comfortable with Raechel guiding me through the process, checking in and adjusting my program to fit my life needs. My cognitive abilities improved as well as my ability to recover and rebound from traumatic events that wouldve set me back for a much longer period. I just feel better all around, physically and mentally.

When I was first introduced to Vitanya, I have to say I was a bit skeptical. I didn't necessarily understand the science behind it. As the sessions moved along, I began to notice I was becoming more resilient and sleeping better. Rachael Cable is a true professional with a genuine interest to assist her clients. She's a 'Rock Star' in my book.
