We are very satisfied with the service of Pretty Day which made our wedding an unforgettable day. Throughout the preparation of the ceremony, exchanges with the Wedding planner are done by email. Very quick and personalized responses. All the speakers we dealt with were top notch. My hairdresser created the bun that I showed her in the photo to perfection. The driver of the limousine was very friendly, he took initiative of us getting in and out of the vehicle. The chapel staff took great care.
I highly recommend Pretty Day who made our wedding an unforgettable moment without any false notes or stress. A total success!!!

Even if everything is very well organized, we are just a number! disappointed by the absence of the human side

Hello Christelle, I would be lying if I said I wasn't surprised by your opinion, I'm not sure I know what more you expected from us given that our services were perfectly in line with your offer and that as you mention you- In fact, everything was perfectly organized. No couple is a number in our eyes, just read the hundreds of reviews from people thanking us for our welcome, our follow-up and our seriousness. We also exchanged nearly 60 emails between you and us, which for a lack of human touch is relatively significant :) And if we would love to be able to spend more time on the big day with each of our couples, it is obvious that this would have an impact on our prices because when our couples get married, even if we take great pleasure in being by their side, we work. Increasing our sales prices would also be in contradiction with what we offer: quality services at an affordable price, even cheaper than those of some of our competitors who do not accompany their couples at all on the big day. It should also be noted that you have chosen a ceremony in a chapel and that these only last the time allocated to us on site (approximately 15 minutes), and that we cannot deviate from the rules of each of our service providers. I am sincerely sorry if you had a different feeling than our other couples, or if you thought that your services would take place in a different way than what our packages include. We wish you once again our congratulations :)

Coralie and Vincent accompanied us in organizing our wedding in the Grand Canyon. It was fantastic . Contact was made straight away and Coralie is very attentive and full of good advice. They knew how to put us at ease and allowed us to have the unique and extraordinary wedding that we were hoping for!
