We are happy to give Sierra Group 5 stars. Renovating someones house after a flood can be a stressful experience, especially when needing to work with insurance, and Sierra Group is a trustworthy, professional, and outstanding company. Nikki is a professional, valuable and shining gem! She is the reason I first decided to work with this company. She is organized, knowledgeable, and follows through on all tasks. We renovated our entire downstairs, including changing kitchen layouts and size of shower, etc, and they were willing to work with us through every single idea until its what we wanted. They are flexible, easy to work with, and are ready to tailor the project exactly to what you want, which is nice in this situation. As with any company, I always suggest being on site and watching over your property and the workers to catch any mistakes before they happen. We were very impressed with the flooring and tile laborers, and so many other things. The only concern was the painter wasnt as careful as we would hope, but still did a good job. They even made sure they came back within a year after the project to fix anything that wasnt perfect. I would use Sierra Group again and would highly recommend them! We also loved Oscar, the electrician. Thank you, Jose! Keep it up.

Great service, prompt, kept me up to date. I am disabled but that did not negatively effect the results. In fact, company made allowances for my limitations. I highly recommend them!!!!

Dealing with water damage in your home is no joke but when you have a great company that comes and handles your situation, it takes off a great amount of stress. My husband and I were first timers on dealing with mold & water damage in our home so we had no idea how things went about but when our insurance company subcontracted out to Sierra Group and we met Nikki and Jose, my stress lowered significantly. Nikki answered all my insurance questions and not once gave me any attitude or made me feel dumb for not knowing something. Thats always a plus to work with a company that you know is there for you. When it came time to handle the remodeling part if I could I would give Jose a trophy for dealing with me Jose was great and knowledgeable when he answered my questions because again I had a million questions and when I would ask for his opinion he actually gave it to me and gave me examples of other work he had done. Being out of our house for 2 months was hard but so worth it and that would have not been possible without Jose and his team. Service: General construction
