I was referred to PuroClean by my All State insurance adjuster. They showed up very fast, knew what they were doing, very professional and caring. They were answering to all my calls, and were very patient. Very good team. Thank you. Services: Mold inspection, Flood cleanup, Water removal, Sewage cleanup

This preferred vendor for Liberty Mutual is not a vendor I would recommend.I have a nightmare scenario of 3 bathrooms flooding simultaneously.  I had several mitigation/remediation companies come out.  Each one told me they would seal off the infected and damaged areas.Because this company would be able to bill the insurance company directly and come out and start right away, they came to my home to start work.There are several major red flags:1.)  Each time they came to my home, I had to ask them if they were going to wear foot coverings and/or lay down some kind of plastic so my floors would not get damaged.  Every other company did that without asking and indicated they would before the job started.  When they came into my home to start the job, I had to stop them before they trampled onto my carpet (AGAIN) without any kind of foot covering.2.)  This one is just straight up unbelievable.... The onsite project manager asked me where I wanted the toilets to go.  When I asked them what they meant, the response I got was that there wasn't infected material on the toilet.  Now, every plumber AND remediation company will tell you that they are not allowed to say mold until a positive test for mold is complete.  So why these guys want to move a possibly infected item outside of the containment area makes absolutely no sense at all.Think about this... they want to seal off an area but move an infected out of that area and clean up and test only within the sealed area after they moved an infected item into clean areas of your home.  What kind of logic is this?  Of course, you're going to get no indication of mold when you move the moldy items to other parts of your home and only test an area you sealed and cleaned.While they said it was not going to be contaminated, given the lack of consistency between their onsite PM, the office manager, AND the owner, I had to pull the plug.  I even sent pictures to the owner of what another company did for my kitchen sink.  The owner could not believe what he was seeing even though EVERY other company I contacted said they would do that.These guys seem like clueless people not knowing what the other is doing.When you need the owner of the company to call the onsite PM to tell them what the procedure should be, that should scream out alarm bells to you.  At the same time, the owner told me the onsite PM knows what he's doing.Do you see the inconsistencies here?  Unreal and what a waste of time.  I hope this review saves anyone else time from having to bother with Puroclean.  But hey if you want sub standard work, go for it and best of luck to you.
