Poop Magician Pooper Scoopers

They used to be fantastic for years and years. But service began to be sporadic starting in 2021, but it just got worse from that point forward. The voicemail is always full. No response whatsoever. I have been charged for the last four months for services and haven't seen them since christmas. Did a stop payment with my credit card company. Its very unfortunate to see a business go this downhill over the years.

They show up when they want. 1 time out of 4 weeks now the showed up. You can't complain due to the mail box being filled, but they never fail to pull their payment.

I would give a negative 5 if it were possible. I had a great experience with this company years back but recently its been terrible. Service missed once a month and now we have not received service once in January. Voicemail for the company is full and texts, which used to be the main means of communication, have not been answered in over 3 months and dozens of texts. Yet Im still being charged the full rate each month!!

Total Scam! I signed up for service on December 17th, 2023. I was charged that day and never heard from them. I emailed them and got no response. WhenI was charged a second time I tried callingand their voicemail is full.
