Kures Apothecary

I made a purchase of a rare item, 1 week later still didn't even have a shipping label. Nothing was ever shipped. Requested a refund, denied. They stole 120$ from me. I can't stay this place is fraudulent. But be warned, you may never get what you purchased.

I have been a happy online shopper from Kures for over a year now. I've not actually been into this physical location but their online store holds up in cost against most other places I can find these products at. My searches for competitive pricing led me to their website so I'm sure it must be a wonderful convenience to be in Buffalo and have access to all the great products and pricing! The Kures team is always very prompt and helpful over all my questions and requests for support. A big thanks to Amy for most recently helping me out and being so friendly, professional, and understanding in all our interactions :-) This company has certainly earned my trust in being a reputable vendor which is often difficult to gauge virtually but I will definitely be continuing to send more business their way!

EXCELLENT customer service, we had a hiccup with a previous order and they handled it promptly and more then compensated. Would definitely recommend and will continue to order from them. Also, they caught an address error which was my mistake and emailed me before shipping.

These people are scammers. I wasn’t trying to order their product now I’ve paid $487 for something I don’t want! The refund is stuck in limbo with Amazon. Ultimately I spoke to this company and employees and they do not come off as a good company selling products that are years old and telling you to deal with it. I do not recommend
