        From the second I walked in, I can tell whoever owns the shop takes pride in separating themselves from the average smoke shop and gave it some personality. The lady had great vibes and was very helpful. Will come again!!!

        I get "No Refunds" on tobacco products but that should also mean no selling old stale products. These guys sold me a box of stale Swisher wraps

      Sorry to know you had an issue with the quality of a product. I see this was yesterday, was it the Zig Zag dragon berry wraps? It is an older flavor, if you bring it in I’d be happy to switch it out for you. Typically our policy is no exchanges or refunds but we do make exceptions when warranted. Hope to see you soon.
