Unbelievably horrible experience! Arrived to this location for my reservation to find the location locked. I had to call uhaul customer service while standing in the Las Vegas heat to finally get the owner, who definitely looked like he was under the influence, to open the door. He arrived annoyed, no apologies. When I asked him to explain the charges he responded by telling me that he didnt like my energy and had the right to reverse the charges! When I explained to him that while I had not said a word, I was understandably not happy about having to stand outside for over 10 minutes without so much as an apology, and he told me he was reversing my charges and not renting to me. He stated that he was independent and didnt have to answer to uhaul. What a way to make a stressful day of moving worse. Uhaul sent over a credit for the experience, so this is not a reflection of the company but I would avoid the sketchy owner Jesse Guerrero and Sheba Moving Supply.

Great spot for rentals. Jesse handled everything professionally and quickly. I will definitely return to this dealer if I ever need another.
