        Toby Chui was one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I left with the worst feeling after that experience. I told him I work for the Census and he said DriveTime didn't take that income. He was mixing it up with student loan stipends that I also have for my doctorate degree. One is work income and the other for graduate school. He rudely kept me telling me, "I just told you we don't take that". I said I'm telling you the Census is full time income I'm not asking you to take the student stipend. He realized his mistake and snapped out of his rude attitude but I left instead with you guys calling me to get me to come back for days after. I got my car somewhere else with absolutely no problem taking federal job income.
